Since 2023: on Pricepoint, with the group adding hotels every year since
+12.8%: room revenue at its four original hotels in July–September 2026 vs the same months of 2025
+6.8%: ADR over the same months, from CA$282 to CA$301, with 5.7% more room nights sold
+26.4%: summer revenue at Hôtel Château des Tourelles
Company: Hôtelleries Aneyro — a group of independent boutique hotels and apart-hotels in and around Quebec City
Challenge: Pricing a growing collection of small hotels in a city whose demand turns on summer, festivals and winter events
Solution: Pricepoint automated pricing, with each new hotel launched on the group's proven setup
PMS: Mews and Cloudbeds
On Pricepoint since: 2023
Hôtelleries Aneyro runs boutique hotels across Quebec City: Le 31 McMahon apart-hotel, Hôtel Le Clos Saint-Louis, Hôtel Château des Tourelles and Hotel Boutique Ophelia in the old town, and newer additions including La Maison Kent, Relais Charles-Alexandre on the Grande Allée, La Sainte Paix and Auberge Valcartier outside the city. Most have fewer than 30 rooms, and many mix standard rooms, lofts and suites with kitchenettes.
The group moved its first hotels onto Pricepoint in 2023, and has added more every year since.
Over time, Aneyro's team has built a way of working with Pricepoint that they reuse with every new hotel. For each one, they send the same short brief: the address, the competitors that matter on that street, and a room list with each type priced as a set step above the base room, such as +10% for a king loft or +50% for the signature suite. Quebec City's events and holidays are copied from Le 31 McMahon, so a new hotel starts with the city's calendar already in place.
It makes onboarding fast. When Relais Charles-Alexandre and La Sainte Paix joined in early 2025, Pricepoint's team launched them within days. As a long-time customer, Aneyro already knew what to expect, and the early results were solid from the first weeks.
Aneyro's team stays hands-on, setting their own rates and events, and Pricepoint's support team explains every change in the product, from how minimum and maximum prices shape pricing to how event uplifts now work.
Summer 2026 was the strongest summer on record for Aneyro's four original hotels. From July to September, room revenue reached CA$1.39 million, 12.8% more than the same months of 2025, and 10.1% more than 2023, the group's first summer on Pricepoint. Average rate rose 6.8% year on year, from CA$282 to CA$301, while the hotels also sold 5.7% more room nights.
Aneyro keeps growing, and each new hotel joins Pricepoint on the same setup. Viveo Appart/Hôtel is the latest to join, in 2026.
