‍

Two seasons, many lodges

Whiski Jack Resorts manages vacation lodges across Whistler: NorthStar at Stoney Creek, Village Gatehouse, Woodrun Lodge, Tyndall Stone Lodge, The Aspens, Lake Placid Lodge, Snowbird and, since 2026, Whistler Village Centre. Each lodge is a building of privately owned condos, from studios to premium suites, rented out by Whiski Jack's team.

Whistler has two very different peaks: ski season in winter and a growing summer of mountain biking, hiking and festivals. Pricing dozens of different units across both, every day, is more than a small team can do by hand.

‍

Getting connected

Whiski Jack's first lodge, NorthStar at Stoney Creek, joined Pricepoint in November 2025, and the rest followed between February and April 2026. Each lodge connects through SiteMinder, with Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda mapped for every one. Getting every channel live took persistence: Pricepoint's team worked with Whiski Jack and SiteMinder through each connection, including an Agoda link that had to be re-enabled on Agoda's side, until all the lodges were pricing automatically.

‍

Prices you can see the reasons for

Whiski Jack's team knows its lodges well, and they wanted to understand every price. When a date looked lower than they expected, Pricepoint's team walked them through the factors behind it. For example, if most recent bookings were made 15 to 30 days ahead, a date only six days out falls outside that booking window, so the engine lowers its price to catch late demand. Each factor shows on the price, so the team can see what the engine sees and adjust the limits they set.
