Four Sisters Inns trialled Pricepoint at two California inns in April 2025. Within weeks the board noticed the difference, and the group rolled it out across its collection, five inns at a time.

17 inns: connected to Pricepoint in a single rollout, five at a time
1 month: from the first launch to the board noticing the improvement
+8.2%: revenue at Blue Lantern Inn since launch, with ADR up 4.4%
+4.5%: room nights across the five inns with a full year of comparable data
Company: Four Sisters Inns — a collection of boutique inns across California, from Napa and Sonoma to Monterey Bay and the Southern California coast
Challenge: A small team managing pricing for many inns with a tool that needed constant manual overrides
Solution: Pricepoint automated pricing, rolled out inn by inn, with reporting built around how the team works
PMS: Clock PMS
On Pricepoint since: April 2025
Four Sisters Inns runs boutique inns across California: wine-country retreats in Napa, Yountville, Healdsburg and Calistoga, Victorian inns in Pacific Grove, and coastal inns in Dana Point, Santa Monica and Playa del Rey. Each has its own rooms, its own guests and its own season.
Revenue management was a group effort, using a pricing tool that needed frequent manual overrides and was slow to react when occupancy was low. The team also built its performance reports by hand in Excel, property by property.
The team wanted pricing driven by live data rather than a list of parameters to tune. They wanted prices that reacted quickly to quiet midweek and last-minute dates, simpler configuration across many inns, and reporting that could compare every property side by side without the spreadsheets.
Four Sisters trialled Pricepoint at Mount View Hotel & Spa in Calistoga, live in April 2025, and Gaige House in Glen Ellen two weeks later. Pricepoint's team set up each inn's room structure, connected to the Insider Rate the group uses as its base price, and loaded each inn's events for the year ahead.
The setup reflected how the inns actually sell. At Gaige House, newly renovated suites were priced as their own group, kept a fixed amount above the standard rooms so they would never undercut a lower category. On Easter, historically a quiet date, the team chose to soften prices rather than hold them high.
Within a month, the team reported they were happy with the results, and the group's board was aware of the improvement. In May 2025, Four Sisters decided to bring the rest of its inns onto Pricepoint.
Four Sisters connected 17 inns in one step through Clock's app marketplace. Pricepoint then onboarded them in batches, about five inns every ten days, using a shared tracking sheet so both teams always knew which inn was at which stage. Milliken Creek Inn, Channel Road Inn, Healdsburg Inn on the Plaza, Green Gables Inn, Gosby House Inn and Blue Lantern Inn followed through the summer and autumn of 2025.
Along the way, Pricepoint built what the team asked for: occupancy shown on the pricing calendar, room types sorted in the team's own order, booking-based occupancy in the charts, email alerts when bookings surge, and ADR reported without taxes so it matched Clock exactly.
At the five inns with a full, comparable year of data, revenue rose 3.0% in their months on Pricepoint compared with the same months a year earlier, with 4.5% more room nights sold.
Four Sisters has kept adding properties, bringing more inns onto Pricepoint through 2025 and 2026, and is working with Pricepoint on easier control of minimum and maximum stay rules across all its rate plans.
